About
Attila is a French group with a network of branches specializing in roof renovation. Today, it has over 150 branches across France, with 600 employees and a range of brands.
The branches are both independent, with a highly valued local approach and expertise, and benefit from the image of excellence conveyed by the Attila brand.
As there are many direct email exchanges with customers during project follow-up, it was important to take care of the image conveyed, as well as the messages sent by each franchisee. All the more reasons to switch to centralized management of email signatures with Sigilium.

Challenges
Initial context: the IT team had deployed a fixed signature template to all users.
The limitation: it could not be modified or used by marketing teams to punctually highlight local events, trade shows, awards for group excellence, etc.

Solution
Upstream: Sigilium was synchronized with the corporate directory to generate all email signatures and update them automatically. Segmentation by agency was set up. Each employee was able to preview his or her new email signature before the installation.
Deployment monitoring: this was carried out automatically on Microsoft 365 and Outlook. For the Outlook desktop application, each employee was able to set up their new dynamic signature on PC or Mac. Administrators were able to precisely monitor the level of installation and adoption.
Putting the power back into the hands of business teams: The marketing team turned to Sigilium to revitalize this space and turn it into a communications channel over which they have control, and can deploy targeted communications, according to regions and agencies/collaborators without any manual intervention on their part. An administrator can update the signatures of 120 employees in just a few minutes, eliminating the technical constraints and errors associated with manual updates.
