Context and goals
Attila is a French group made up of a network of agencies specializing in roof renovations. It now has more than 140 agencies throughout France, with 600 employees and various brands.
The agencies are both independent, with a highly valued local approach and expertise, and benefit from the excellent image conveyed by the Attila brand.
Direct email exchanges are numerous in project follow-up with the client, so it was important to carefully manage the image conveyed, as well as the messages sent by each franchisee. So many reasons to switch to centralized management of email signatures with Sigilium.

Start centrally manage all email signatures
Initial context: the IT team had deployed a fixed signature template to all users.
The limit: it could not be modified or used by the marketing teams to punctually showcase local events, trade shows, awards for group excellence, etc.
Empower business teams: The marketing team turned to Sigilium to boost this space and make it a communication channel where they have control and can deploy targeted communications, based on regions and agencies.

Upstream: Sigilium has been synchronized with the company directory to generate all email signatures and to have an automatic update. Agency segmentation has been implemented. Each of the employees was able to preview their new signature before installation.
Deployment monitoring: it was automatically carried out on Microsoft 365 and Outlook. For the Outlook desktop application, each employee was able to set up their new dynamic signature on PC or Mac. Administrators closely monitored the level of installation and adoption.
