Fluidra is a world leader in the manufacture and distribution of swimming pool and spa equipment. The company is present in over 45 countries, with headquarters in Barcelona. In France, but also in Germany, Italy and Belgium, Fluidra was looking for a solution to standardize e-mail signatures and simplify change management, particularly after the merger with Zodiac in 2019. This is why Fluidra chose Sigilium, to standardize its e-mail signatures and improve day-to-day technical management.

Challenge 1: centralized management
Harmonize e-mail signatures: with signatures varying from office to office, and employees manually modifying their signatures, Fluidra needed a solution to standardize signatures while maintaining a professional brand image.
Simplify management of marketing banners: the marketing department wanted to be able to quickly modify and activate promotional banners to promote current events and campaigns. Prior to Sigilium, manual management of these banners was inefficient.
Save time on administrative tasks: manual signature management was time-consuming for IT teams, especially with outdated tools such as Lotus Notes. Fluidra was looking for a simple solution, integrated with Google Workspace, to lighten the workload.

Intuitive synchronization with Gmail and Payfit : Sigilium has seamlessly integrated with the tools already in place at Planity, such as Gmail, iPhone, iPad, and Payfit. This compatibility has simplified the management of signatures, allowing the HR team to streamline the process.
Standardization in a few clicks : after the signature model was validated, the Planity team was able to synchronize email signatures in just a few minutes, ensuring total consistency across all services and countries.
Simplified management : the automatic update feature has allowed the HR team to save considerable time during the onboarding of new employees. The new signatures were ready from day one of their arrival.

Challenge 2: switch from Gmail to Outlook
After using Google Workspace tools for years, the Fluidra group switched to the Microsoft 365 environment in 2024. A major change for all the employees of the group.
The challenge was to have an environment change that did not impact the user's email signature. And for the user to perceive the continuity of service, even though the messaging environment was completely modified.
