Optimize the onboarding of new employees : Planity regularly integrates between 10 and 15 new employees each month. The company sought to reduce the time spent on these integrations while ensuring the consistency of email signatures from day one.
Standardize the brand image : before using Sigilium, email signatures varied from one department to another: non-standardized formats, unoptimized images. Planity needed a solution to centralize and normalize this essential part of its communication.

Challenge 2 : basculer de Gmail sur Outlook
Après avoir utilisé pendant des années les outils de l'environnement Google Workspace, le groupe Fluidra a basculé courant 2024 sur l'environnement Microsoft 365. Un changement majeur pour l'ensemble des salariés du groupe.
Le challenge était d'avoir un changement d'environnement qui n'ai pas d'impact sur la signature email de l'utilisateur. Et que l'utilisateur perçoive la continuité de service, alors meme que l'environnement de messagerie était totalement modifié.
