In each email signature template that you find on Sigilium, an out-of-office message variable is available at the user level.

It allows you to inform all the contacts you exchange with via email that you will be absent for a few days or weeks. By doing this in advance of your vacation, you enable them to address many matters at the right time.

Specifically:

Log in to your space on Sigilium.
Click on the check mark: out-of-office message.
Edit your message and confirm, the result will appear.
The sync happens automatically in your preferred messaging app ✌️.

If you have a store, a factory, or offices that close part of the year, you can announce it in advance in the email signatures of the teams.
This facilitates, for example, order placement for all customers who will need your products during the annual closure.

At the level of Organizations, in your Sigilium interface, you can complete the absence message. Upon validation, it will be added automatically.

Here is how to do it on Gmail :

Select Settings (gear icon)
> See all settings.
On the General tab, scroll down to Vacation responder.
Select the box Vacation responder to activate it.
Make sure that above the text box the link (blue) "Plain text" is displayed.

Important: If you see the (blue) text "Advanced formatting", click on it to change it to "Plain text.
Write your message, you can choose the dates you want to send it and the people you want to send it to.
Click on Save changes.
Congratulations, it's done.

Note: the signature is not visible in the frame but will be visible when received by your contacts.
