Context: The group used a standardized fixed signature model. The marketing teams had prepared, but never deployed, a new signature template.

With the implementation of Sigilium, the business teams were able to realize this project. And envision this channel as a dual-level voice: local, thanks to proper segmentation by country/entity. And global, with campaigns that can be deployed on all users' signatures from the headquarters.

Thanks to native integration with the Google Workspace API, Sigilium was deployed very easily and seamlessly for users: prior to deployment, everyone discovered their new signature. And was able to edit and validate it before deployment. On the chosen day, the signatures were automatically deployed on Gmail for all 15 entities.

Mobile synchronization On iOS Gmail and Mail, users were also able to benefit from synchronized email signature for their iPhones/iPad.
