Challenges
Empowering business teams: The group was using a fixed, standardized email signature template. The marketing teams had prepared, but never deployed, their new email signature template.
A two-pronged approach. Local, thanks to appropriate segmentation by country/entity, and global, with campaigns that could be deployed on the signatures of all users from head office.

A two-pronged approach. Local, thanks to appropriate segmentation by country/entity, and global, with campaigns that could be deployed on the signatures of all users from head office.
Solution
With the implementation of Sigilium, the marketing and communications teams were able to bring this project to fruition.
In the run-up to deployment, everyone discovered their new signature. They were then able to edit and validate them before deployment.
On the D day, the signatures were automatically deployed on Gmail for all entities.
Users were also able to benefit from a synchronized email signature for their iPhones / iPads.

Thanks to native integration with the Google Workspace API, Sigilium was deployed very easily and transparently for users: prior to deployment, everyone discovered their new signature. And they were able to edit and confirm before deployment. On the D day, the signatures were automatically deployed on Gmail for all 15 entities.
Mobile synchronization On iOS Gmail and Mail, users were also able to benefit from a synchronized email signature for their iPhones / iPads.
