Espaces Atypiques is a French group with a network of agencies specializing in contemporary real estate. It currently has 95 branches throughout France, and numerous partners around the world.
The 600 employees work in sales and rentals. The agencies are both independent, with a highly appreciated local approach and expertise, and benefit from the image of excellence conveyed by the Espaces Atypiques brand.
With many direct email exchanges with customers, it's essential to take care of the image conveyed, as well as the messages sent out by each agency. All the more reasons to switch to centralized email signature management with Sigilium.

challenge 1 : Automate email signature management

Initial inventory
Until now, the communications team had to manually create an image signature for each new user.
The limit: time! Especially with regular recruitments and the need to re-generate each signature when an employee changes or to add a one-off event message.
Since management was time-consuming, adding a message to the email signatures became a real constraint, and this media was under-used (a few times a year) because installing and updating required a (very) willing user to make it work.

D-Day: deployment was automatic in all Gmail mailboxes, a seamless process for the teams.
Users accustomed to using their Mail or Outlook messaging systems (rather than Gmail) were also able to benefit from a synchronized signature and keep their usual messaging system. A real asset for a network of agencies with disparate uses!

A seamless transition
Developed for numerous messaging and CRM solutions, Sigilium has allowed IT teams to switch between environments seamlessly for user email signatures.

The heavy changes initiated by IT were able to be carried out progressively, without impacting either the design of the signatures or the centralized dissemination of campaigns.
